CONTRACTS / SALE AGREEMENT

Once you’ve chosen your desired property, our team will assist you with the purchase agreement and contract signing process. We’ll guide you through the necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

INITITIAL DEPOSIT

Upon completing the previous steps, the down payment required to initiate the project will be collected, depending on the selected payment plan. This payment will signify your commitment and mark the beginning of the project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT UPDATE

Buyers will receive timely updates on the project’s progress through phone calls, pictures, and videos, either monthly or quarterly. This ensures transparency and keeps you engaged in the development process.

PROJECT COMPLETION

05.

At this stage, the purchase price for each home is now paid in full and the property will be signed over fully to the buyer.
